Our After-School program provides children up to grade 4 an environment which promotes physical and mental health, well-being, artistic skills and literacy and numeracy skills. The program is offered to over 100 children in Rose Avenue School
Internationally Educated Health Professionals
Each year we help over 30 Internationally Educated Health Professionals gain meaningful employment in alternate careers.
Our health project provides a path to address the high risk of diabetes, cardiovascular disease and some cancers among the South East Asian population living in our community.
We use a grass roots, community-based approach in increasing knowledge of this health issue, providing local responses in the form of recreational, physical fitness, and nutrition programs and services and support for those taking steps too improve their health.
We are a group of St. James Town neighbours, seeking to contribute to a strong neighbourhood culture by helping to build networks of relationships, to link people to others with common interest and foster exchanges of knowledge and skill.
